All products displayed on the webshop are described in detail. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual appearance of the product. Instructions for use are provided with each product, and the buyer is responsible for checking the information before use.

 

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation and may change without prior notice. Delivery costs are not included in the price unless otherwise indicated.

 

4. Orders and Payment

Purchases are made through the webshop www.beautystudioariya.com.
Available payment methods:

• Payment via bank transfer (payment to IBAN)

• Cash on delivery

Upon completing an order, the buyer will receive a confirmation via email. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected misuse or inaccurate information.

 

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by the DPD delivery service in the Republic of Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Germany and Slovakia.
Delivery time is 2 to 4 business days, depending on product availability and customer location.
The customer will be notified of the shipment status via email. The delivery cost is displayed at the checkout.

 

6. Returns and Complaints

The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer bears the cost of return.

Klorijana j.d.o.o. is committed to protecting user privacy. The collected data is used solely for order processing and improving the user experience.

 

8. Liability

The seller assumes no responsibility for possible allergic reactions or side effects that may occur from using the products. The customer is obliged to carefully review the ingredients and instructions before use.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between the seller and the customer will be attempted to be resolved through mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court in Rijeka will have jurisdiction.
